Wool garments are naturally antibacterial and do not retain dirt or odours quickly, so you do not need to wash these garments frequently. Woollens are best cleaned with wool shampoo by hand and with cold water and laid flat to dry. If preferred, this garment can also be washed in the machine with lukewarm water (30 C) on a delicate or wool wash setting with, a short spin on the lowest setting.
